Having been a prodigal and prolific coder - hobbyist to enthusiast to lead & solution architect, with much pain over the years, I have tried leaving "conventional IT".
It's clear that if life is to have any meaning, it's what we MAKE for ourselves... and the fun in a shared journey is what still "draws" me to the web and to people.
I've written many many thousand lines of code, guided a few dozen developers, always remembering, as Abe said:
Sell your brain and brawn to the highest bidder
But never put a price tag on your heart and soul
On this website, I have written since 2017, amassing several poems.
At WiseOwls, I'm offering a space online to would-be collaborators to come make a stand against the spread of ignorance and suffering.
This is a fervent dream, before the cancers plaguing us drown us all - more to come here.
